ParcelProof handles video recordings made inside people's homes and workplaces. The policy that governs that has to be written properly, not generated.

This document is being drafted and must be reviewed by qualified UK legal counsel before ParcelProof launches commercially. No sample text is shown here on purpose.
What it will cover
- What is collected: account details, shipment metadata, packing and opening recordings, and technical metadata about each recording.
- What is not collected: precise location, and raw IP addresses. Scan and upload records store a salted hash instead.
- Lawful basis, retention periods, and the process for access, export and deletion requests.
- Sub-processors: Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare R2 for object storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email.
- Cookies: essential cookies only, unless you accept the optional Meta advertising cookie offered by the banner. Decline it and nothing is loaded.
