What it will cover
- ParcelProof does not decide consumer rights, refund entitlement, chargeback outcomes, marketplace decisions, insurance claims or legal liability.
- Recordings are evidence to be reviewed. They are not treated as conclusive proof of what happened.
- Acceptable use, subscription terms, evidence retention, and termination.
- Limitations of liability, and the governing law.
